Legal due Diligence

Legal due diligence of construction, i.e. verification of construction project for correspondence to all existing legal requirements is important condition for successful implementation of real estate development project.

Legal due diligence of construction enables to verify and evaluate:

  • availability of rights for land plot and their conformity to legislation;
  • existing encumbrances, restrictions and potential or claimed requirements and complaints from third parties, including the rights for uncompleted construction project (legal due diligence of real estate);
  • availability of existing permit and technical documentation for carrying out of construction operations and their conformity to legislation;
  • availability of all contracts related to construction and their conformity to legislation and customer interests.

Apart from legal due diligence of real estate, we conduct state registration of uncompleted construction. The state registration of uncompleted construction enables to handle transactions on disposal of such project in future.
